Rule 9
Sub-committees and working groups that can be formed
(1) To help the work of the committee, the committee can form sub-committees and working groups as needed.
(2) The work, duties, rights, procedures and other provisions of the sub-committee and task force formed in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the committee at the time of formation of such sub-committee and task force.
